Rebate ProTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you, the contractor using Rebate Pro, and MTDT LLC ("we"). By connecting your account, you agree to them.
The service
Rebate Pro reviews your completed jobs, estimates which rebates may apply, prepares applications, and files them on your behalf. A person files each claim.
Your responsibilities
- You have the authority to connect your Housecall Pro account
- You have your customers' permission to share their information for rebates
- The information on your jobs is accurate and complete
- You meet each program's contractor requirements, including any registration
Fees
We charge 10% of the rebates you actually receive, as shown on our pricing or as agreed with you in writing. We invoice after you are paid. If a rebate doesn't pay, no fee is due on it.
No guarantee of rebates
Estimates are not promises. Programs set their own rules, change them, and decide what they approve and pay. We don't guarantee any claim will be accepted or paid, or that any deadline will be met when information arrives late.
Independence
Rebate Pro is independent, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Housecall Pro, any utility, or any government program. Your use of Housecall Pro is governed by your agreement with them.
Ending the service
You can disconnect at any time. Fees remain due on rebates we filed that are later paid. We may suspend the service if these terms are broken.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses, including rebates that are denied or not paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
